All Roads Lead to Depopulation - Part 2
As the weeks go by, more material confirming the implementation of a long-term, long-planned depopulation agenda continues to emerge. Evidence of an unthinkable globalist coup, coupled with their grotesquely arrogant population-reduction program, carried out through the double bioweapons of COVID-19 itself, a virus enhanced in a lab to become a pathogen, and its ensuing “vaccines,” which are actually Medical Counter Measures (MCMs), only confirm that this evil plan against humanity has sought depopulation on a global scale all along. In this essay, the second in this series on depopulation, the focus will continue to be on the early part of the past century. To read or revisit Part 1 of this series, please see below:
Quoting from Austin Ruse’s The Myth of Overpopulation and the Folks Who Brought It to You:
This war on the concept of people is now more than a century old. It has moved through four distinct but closely related stages; Malthusianism, eugenics, the population bomb, and is now in the stage known as "reproductive rights." Malthusianism, named for the early 19th century scientist Thomas Malthus, posited that having too many people in the world is the inevitable cause of many maladies, among them, hunger, starvation, disease, and war. The theory suggests that the population of the world grows exponentially while food production doesn't, with the inevitable result of massive starvation. Not thoroughly discredited until the advent of modern farming techniques in the 20th century, Malthusianism has provided the intellectual underpinnings of all the other iterations of population theory.
While Eugenics focused on racial “cleansing,” targeting darker-skinned races for depopulation through abortion and sterilization, the Population Bomb theory employed fearmongering as a weapon to produce compliance, alarming the public that the dangers of overpopulation would surely lead to the running out of everything from the food supply and other vital natural resources, to inhabitable land and the atmosphere in which we live.
In 1968, Scientist Dr. Paul R. Ehrlich’s book entitled, The Population Bomb, subtitled, “Population Control or the Race to Oblivion?” was published. The 200+ pages discuss the imminent lack of food for a multiplying population, the failures of family planning, the need to protect the environment, and the demand for international aid in adopting population reduction measures. It also offered up avenues for galvanizing the communities of developed nations to get involved and become activists. The book is filled with hyperbole and alarmism about impending doom, with scenarios that, similar to the climate change hysteria propagandized worldwide at present, never came to be in the ensuing decades.
The weaponization of inducing fear was recognized as a powerful tool for enacting unpopular societal changes.
The above-mentioned Austin Ruse wrote:
The chief feature of the population bomb scare has been coercion. If, as proponents suggested, overpopulation was a dire threat to the entire planet, then policy makers believed that some populations must be forced to reduce their number. Almost always, coercion comes from the hands of governments directed at their own people. The most famous examples of coercion occur in developing world countries like China and Peru. The cases of coercion there are well documented and very obvious. Women in these countries were given abortions against their will. Others were sterilized without their knowledge. Still others were bribed with food and medicine in exchange for abortion and sterilization.
Proponents of population reduction goals used propaganda to spread their messages from early on:

Today’s 24-hour barrage of medical and scientific propaganda endorsing the widespread use of Medical Counter Measures (MCMs), presented as “vaccines,” with the depopulation-seeking elites’ ideal goal of injecting all humans on the planet for a flu that is 99% survivable, with untested, novel products known to cause injuries and deaths, is found in all forms of news broadcasts, television commercials, newspapers, magazines, celebrity advice, social media, and even piping over the speakers of the local grocery store and pharmacy. The supposed virtue of getting vaccinated and wearing masks, for the common good or to be patriotic, despite common sense and medical realities, is conveyed to the public with the incessant and merciless beats of an indoctrination hammer in a vast number of dramas and entertainment on television. They employ the hammer to pound their message incrementally over time into the public’s subconscious. They work hard to do the thinking for the American public, who they regard as too simple-minded to do their own independent research and think critically for themselves. This was made possible - and legal - due to the repeal of a portion of a bill that banned the American government from the use of propaganda on American Citizens, signed by Barack Obama, ripening the globalists’ long-planned “pandemic.”
Please note the definition of democide – a genocide committed against a people by its own government. It turns out that, though concealed to an extent from public awareness, democides have occurred numerous times throughout human history. To read much more about democide, I recommend this book, first called to my attention by David’s Thinking about the World Substack, entitled, “Death by Government.”
In an article entitled “How to Diffuse the Population Bomb” that appeared in Newsweek Magazine in 2014, penned by Zoe Schlanger and Elijah Wolfson, on the topic of overpopulation, the authors state:
Columbia University history professor Matthew Connelly argues that the 20th century was filled with wrong-minded approaches to family planning that have ranged from using risky contraceptives on unwitting clients—in 1967 a Ford Foundation report praised a proposal for a new technology involving "an annual application of a contraceptive aerial mist" (from a single airplane over India)—to offering cash incentives to poor people who agreed to be sterilized.
The article laments that Connelly’s statements precipitated a backlash of conservative calls for the defunding of publicly funded abortion. It glosses right over the fact that an arrogant group of people were willing to use extraordinary means to curb the population, without the knowledge of or the informed consent of those who were experimented on. Sound familiar? Sadly, this is a theme that reverberates throughout history.

Below, from Michael Snyder’s 2015 article “46 Population Control Quotes that Show How Badly the Elite Want to Wipe Us Out”:
The global elite are absolutely obsessed with reducing the size of the global population. As you will see from the quotes in this article, our “world leaders” think about the “problem” of overpopulation a lot. Many of them are absolutely convinced that it is the greatest problem that humanity if facing today. So, what do they believe should be done about it? That is where there is disagreement. Some argue for very forceful measures, while others prefer a “softer” approach. But the vast majority of them do agree that humans are a “plague” upon the earth and that we will literally destroy the planet if we are left to our own devices.
They complain that it “costs too much” to keep elderly patients that are terminally ill alive, and they eagerly promote abortion for babies that are “not wanted” because they would be “too much of a burden” on society. Anything that reduces the human population in any way is a good thing for those that believe in this sick agenda (emphasis mine). This twisted philosophy is being promoted in our movies, in our television shows, in our music, in our public schools, and it is being taught to our smartest students at colleges and universities on the planet. The people promoting this philosophy have very, very deep pockets, and they are actually convinced that they are helping to “save the world” by trying to reduce the size of the human population. In fact, many of them are entirely convinced that we are in a “life or death” struggle for the fate of the planet, and that if humanity does not willingly choose to embrace population control soon, then a solution will have to be “forced” upon them.
Bill Gates: “The problem is that the population is growing the fastest where people are less able to deal with it. So it’s in the very poorest places that you’re going to have a tripling in population by 2050. (…) And we’ve got to make sure that we help out with the tools now so that they don’t have an impossible situation later.”
Dave Foreman, the co-founder of Earth First: “We humans have become a disease, the Humanpox.”
CNN Founder Ted Turner: “A total world population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.”
Japan’s Deputy Prime Minister Taro Aso about medical patients with serious illnesses: “You cannot sleep well when you think it’s all paid by the government. This won’t be solved unless you let them hurry up and die.”
Environmental activist Roger Martin: “On a finite planet, the optimum population providing the best quality of life for all, is clearly much smaller than the maximum, permitting bare survival. The more we are, the less for each; fewer people mean better lives.”
HBO personality Bill Maher: “I’m pro-choice, I’m for assisted suicide, I’m for regular suicide, I’m for whatever gets the freeway moving – that’s what I’m for. It’s too crowded, the planet is too crowded and we need to promote death.”
MIT professor Penny Chisholm: “The real trick is, in terms of trying to level off at someplace lower than that 9 billion, is to get the birthrates in the developing countries to drop as fast as we can. And that will determine the level at which humans will level off on earth.”
Julia Whitty, a columnist for Mother Jones: “The only known solution to ecological overshoot is to decelerate our population growth faster than it’s decelerating now and eventually reverse it… On one front, we’ve already made unprecedented strides, reducing global fertility from an average 4.92 children per woman in 1950 to 2.56 today—an accomplishment of trial and sometimes brutally coercive error, but also a result of one woman at a time making her individual choices. The speed of this childbearing revolution, swimming hard against biological programming, rates as perhaps our greatest collective feat to date.”
Colorado State University Professor Philip Cafaro in a paper entitled “Climate Ethics and Population Policy”: “Ending human population growth is almost certainly a necessary (but not sufficient) condition for preventing catastrophic global climate change. Indeed, significantly reducing current human numbers may be necessary in order to do so.”
Professor of Biology at the University of Texas at Austin Eric R. Pianka: “I do not bear any ill will toward people. However, I am convinced that the world, including all humanity, WOULD clearly be much better off without so many of us.”
Detroit News Columnist Nolan Finley: “Since the national attention is on birth control, here’s my idea: If we want to fight poverty, reduce violent crime and bring down our embarrassing drop-out rate, we should swap contraceptives for fluoride in Michigan’s drinking water.”
Democrat strategist Steven Rattner: “WE need death panels. Well, maybe not death panels, exactly, but unless we start allocating health care resources more prudently — rationing, by its proper name — the exploding cost of Medicare will swamp the federal budget.”
Matthew Yglesias, a business and economics correspondent for Slate, in an article entitled “The Case for Death Panels, in One Chart”: “But not only is this health care spending on the elderly the key issue in the federal budget, our disproportionate allocation of health care dollars to old people surely accounts for the remarkable lack of apparent cost effectiveness of the American health care system. When the patient is already over 80, the simple fact of the matter is that no amount of treatment is going to work miracles in terms of life expectancy or quality of life.”
Planned Parenthood Founder Margaret Sanger: “All of our problems are the result of overbreeding among the working class.”
Dr. Paul Ehrlich: “Basically, then, there are only two kinds of solutions to the population problem. One is a ‘birth rate solution,’ in which we find ways to lower the birth rate. The other is a ‘death rate solution,’ in which ways to raise the death rate — war, famine, pestilence — find us.”
Alberto Giubilini of Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and Francesca Minerva of the University of Melbourne in a paper published in the Journal of Medical Ethics: “[W]hen circumstances occur after birth such that they would have justified abortion, what we call after-birth abortion should be permissible. … [W]e propose to call this practice ‘after-birth abortion’, rather than ‘infanticide,’ to emphasize that the moral status of the individual killed is comparable with that of a fetus … rather than to that of a child. Therefore, we claim that killing a newborn could be ethically permissible in all the circumstances where abortion would be. Such circumstances include cases where the newborn has the potential to have an (at least) acceptable life, but the well-being of the family is at risk.”
Nina Fedoroff, a key adviser to Hillary Clinton: “We need to continue to decrease the growth rate of the global population; the planet can’t support many more people.”
John P. Holdren, Barack Obama’s primary science adviser: “A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men. The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. David Brower, the first Executive Director of the Sierra Club: “Childbearing [should be] a punishable crime against society, unless the parents hold a government license … All potential parents [should be] required to use contraceptive chemicals, the government issuing antidotes to citizens chosen for childbearing.”
Jacques Costeau: “In order to stabilize world population, we must eliminate 350,000 people per day. It is a horrible thing to say, but it is just as bad not to say it.”
Pentti Linkola, Finnish environmentalist: “If there were a button I could press, I would sacrifice myself without hesitating if it meant millions of people would die.”
Prince Phillip, husband of Queen Elizabeth II and co-founder of the World Wildlife Fund: “In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, in order to contribute something to solve overpopulation.”

In conclusion, the primary purpose of this installment of the “All Roads Lead to Depopulation” series on this Substack is to identify that the depopulation agenda not only exists, but has existed for a very long time. Whether one agrees or disagrees with the contention that overpopulation needs to be curbed for various reasons, grasping that an agenda to kill, make sick, or to sterilize millions of people without their knowledge and against their will must first be established to provide a realistic view of the “false pandemics” our generation is experiencing. Many people do not believe that depopulation is real, and this is understandable, as our nature is to believe the best in people. However, demonstrating that it is all too real is paramount to move more people into understanding the reality of today that we must address.

Hubris. It seems like the problems that progressives are concerned about are the ones the solutions to which imbue them with power. Countries that have become industrialized no longer have dangerous growth, so the solution would seem to be to promote industrialization, but that doesn’t give them power. The US population is only growing due to immigration. Maybe the elites just need purpose in their lives. But they do seem evil.
