More evidence from the past century that the depopulation agenda was and is unimaginably real

I took a brief hiatus and now feel freshly steeled to pick up where I left off in the series. Thank you for your patience.

In the last essay of this series, we focused on the prophetic words of Dr. Richard Day, foretelling the future in a series of uncanny predictions that have transcended his remarks to become modern day’s “new normal.” In this essay, we will intermittently jump around in time to take in thoughts and objectives of the depopulation cultists. I have been gratified in recent months to read and watch a burgeoning number of truth tellers investigate and disclose the nature of the depopulation movement we are witnessing. While depopulation has been fodder for the world’s elite for centuries, to most citizens around the globe, their trail of atrocities has only come into focus over the past few years. An incessant parade of manufactured crises with questionable origins has led many of us to see things we could never have even conceived of for the vast majority of our lives. Once we see it, we cannot “unsee” it and we cannot ignore it either. Our understanding of the gravity of our times matures with every new piece of corroborating evidence we discover. Over the past several years, we have become equipped to recognize coded language about equity and sustainability, which used to be meaningful words before they were tortured to fit a political narrative. We know they are used with great acumen to influence the thoughts and opinions of populations and to perpetuate the ulterior goals of our autocratic, unelected global rulers. We are able to discern the stated rationales for their legislative power grabs from their actual goals, the former of which serves to occlude the latter. For each one of us in the truth community, attempting as best we can to navigate and expose the obscured and brutal realities we face presently, we know that there are many more souls yet to grasp the truths with which we constantly wrestle. Yet, when the very essence of life hangs in the balance, we know we must rise to this unfolding, unprecedented, unnatural occasion to battle evil in our day.

We see over and over how these globalist elites manufacture and exploit crisis after crisis to push their agenda and implement dramatic societal changes that would never be validated by vote. The heinous acts of these monsters result in very real, man-caused disasters, with each crisis seeming to build on the next. The populations may not grasp the true nature of how each crisis befalls them, but they suffer the consequences regardless. The sociopath globalists have no regard for life, for spirituality, for moral boundaries, for human decency, or for mankind’s future. There are no depths that they will not sink to in their quest to preserve their power. There are no red lines. Even children are targeted, manipulated, and exploited by these rabid fiends. This is why we must defeat them.

The elite are enamored by a variety of methods to depopulate, but the most broad reaching, most successful, highly manipulated and complex method of choice for these sociopaths is the contrivance of false pandemics, requiring widespread vaccination campaigns, with vaccines capable of causing serious injuries, immediate deaths, and deaths from severe health issues that take a few years to emerge. It is their greatest depopulation innovation. Future essays will focus more extensively on the use of vaccines throughout history to both sterilize and cull populations.

Moving through time to September of 1987, at a National Health Federation event in Monrovia, California, where Dr. William Campbell Douglass penned the following words in his work entitled, “W.H.O. Murdered Africa”:

The object of the World Planners is control -- absolute control. Although the desire to
rule the world is not a new ambition, the control sought by this generation of World
Planners is more than government, wealth and resources. They control these already.
What the World Planners want in order to complete their plan is control of population.
Their control of population is in their ability to control the thoughts and behaviour of the
masses. The method which the World Planners are using to achieve their aim of absolute
control is mind-boggling when one attempts to unravel it. It is truly a "tangled web of
deception".

Before the World Planners can achieve their goal of "absolute control" of the world's
population, they must first reduce the existing numbers to an optimum controllable level.
The World Planners estimate that planet earth can only sustain a 2.5-billion population by
the year 2000, but "Spaceship Earth", according to the United Nations' figures, already
has in excess of 4.5-billion people. This hypothesis makes it essential for the world
planners not only to bring population growth to a standstill, but it also becomes
necessary for a "roll back" in population (the world is to be depopulated); hence zero
population programs.

In the New World Order, man will become a "throw away". You will be allowed to exist
until you become "surplus to requirements"

The World Planners are convinced that what they are doing is for the eventual salvation of
mankind and the planet earth. The greatest strength they possess is that the general public
does not even know that they exist.

As further evidence of the world planners’ obsession with reducing world population, as described above by Dr. Douglass, we need only look to their own words, dating back to the 1972 publication of a book called Limits to Growth, written by members of The Club of Rome. A quote from Dr. John Coleman’s book, The Conspirator’s Hierarchy – The Committee of 300, published in 1994, also discusses the world planners’ designs on the populations of the earth:

Their aim is to destroy the American Constitution and ensure that America assumes the leading role in the feudal state called the New World Order-One World State. In this oppressive and ruthless rule, the peoples of the world will be worse off than the slaves of the dark ages. The New World Order will be an administration where the rules of the communist regime will be strictly enforced. There are many attempts to destroy millions of people who are seen as surplus in the world workforce. Some of the nations were seen by the Committee of 300 years ago as "joiners of extra food" or "spoon enemies" and a smaller world population was presented as a solution to this problem. Unnecessary "Spoon Enemies" (Speaker of the Committee of the 300 named Bertrand Russell) are destroying scarce natural resources. These need to be eliminated. Industrial growth means population growth. Therefore, the chapter called "Genesis-Creation" in the Bible, which commands reproduction and use of the world, should be reversed. For the world, a new plan must be brought to the agenda. This amounts to an attack on countries with industrialized and mechanized agriculture (including nuclear power generation) and includes the extermination of hundreds of millions of people as “overpopulation” as the Committee of 300 put it.

Dr. Coleman’s work to expose the secret societies and hidden rulers that control the world, unbeknownst to the public, covered a vast amount of information. His work from thirty years ago may contain a limited number of inaccuracies within such an exhaustive framework, but if you sift through all he conveyed with his body of work, you will find that an extraordinarily high percentage of his predictions have been proven true.

For example, Dr. Coleman’s words from decades ago seen below (reading the entire page, not just the marked portion) and the prophecy they lay out are chillingly accurate:

Additionally, Dr. Coleman’s described the most prioritized goals of the Committee of 300 as follows:

·        To establish a One World Government/New World Order with a unified church and monetary system under their direction. The One World Government began to set up its church in the 1920’s and 30’s, for they realized the need for a religious belief inherent in mankind must have an outlet and, therefore, set up a "church" body to channel that belief in the direction they desired.

·        To bring about the utter destruction of all national identity and national pride, which was a primary consideration if the concept of a One World Government was to work.

·        To bring about the end to all industrialization and the production of nuclear generated electric power in what they call "the post-industrial zero-growth society". Excepted are the computer and service industries. US industries that remain will be exported to countries such as Mexico where abundant slave labor is available. As we saw in 1993, this has become a fact through the passage of the North American Free Trade Agreement, known as NAFTA. Unemployables in the US, in the wake of industrial destruction, will either become opium-heroin and/or cocaine addicts, or become statistics in the elimination of the "excess population" process we know of today as Global 2000.

·        To encourage, and eventually legalize the use of drugs and make pornography an "art-form", which will be widely accepted and, eventually, become quite commonplace.

·        To bring about depopulation of large cities according to the trial run carried out by the Pol Pot regime in Cambodia. It is interesting to note that Pol Pot's genocidal plans were drawn up in the US by one of the Club of Rome's research foundations, and overseen by Thomas Enders, a high-ranking State Department official. It is also interesting that the committee is currently seeking to reinstate the Pol Pot butchers in Cambodia.

·        To suppress all scientific development except for those deemed beneficial by the Illuminati. Especially targeted is nuclear energy for peaceful purposes. Particularly hated are the fusion experiments currently being scorned and ridiculed by the Illuminati and its jackals of the press. Development of the fusion torch would blow the Illuminati's conception of "limited natural resources" right out of the window. A fusion torch, properly used, could create unlimited and as yet untapped natural resources, even from the most ordinary substances. Fusion torch uses are legion, and would benefit mankind in a manner which, as yet, is not even remotely comprehended by the public.

·        To cause, by means of limited wars in the advanced countries, by means of starvation and diseases in the Third World countries, the death of three billion people by the year 2050, people they call "useless eaters". The Committee of 300 (Illuminati) commissioned Cyrus Vance to write a paper on this subject of how to bring about such genocide. The paper was produced under the title "Global 2000 Report" and was accepted and approved for action by former President James Earl Carter, and Edwin Muskie, then Secretary of States, for and on behalf of the US Government. Under the terms of the Global 2000 Report, the population of the US is to be reduced by 100 million by the year of 2050.

·        To weaken the moral fiber of the nation and to demoralize workers in the labor class by creating mass unemployment. As jobs dwindle due to the post-industrial zero growth policies introduced by the Club of Rome, the report envisages demoralized and discouraged workers resorting to alcohol and drugs. The youth of the land will be encouraged by means of rock music and drugs to rebel against the status quo, thus undermining and eventually destroying the family unit. In this regard, the Committee commissioned Tavistock Institute to prepare a blueprint as to how this could be achieved. Tavistock directed Stanford Research to undertake the work under the direction of Professor Willis Harmon. This work later became known as the "Aquarian Conspiracy".

·        To keep people everywhere from deciding their own destinies by means of one created crisis after another and then "managing" such crises. This will confuse and demoralize the population to the extent where faced with too many choices, apathy on a massive scale will result. In the case of the US, an agency for Crisis Management is already in place. It is called the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), whose existence I first enclosed in 1980.

·        To cause a total collapse of the world's economies and engender total political chaos.

·        To take control of all foreign and domestic policies of the US.

·        To give the fullest support to supranational institutions such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Bank of International Settlements, the World Court and, as far as possible, make local institutions less effective, by gradually phasing them out or bringing them under the mantle of the UN.

·        To penetrate and subvert all governments, and work from within them to destroy the sovereign integrity of the nations represented by them.

·        To take control of education in America with the intent and purpose of utterly and completely destroying it. By 1993, the full force effect of this policy is becoming apparent, and will be even more destructive as primary and secondary schools begin to teach "Outcome Based Education" (OBE).

From the weekly political news magazine, Executive Intelligence Review (EIR), Volume 8, Number 19, dated May 12, 1981, in an article written by Lonnie Wolf, entitled “Origins of Global 2000 – Depopulation Warriors,” we read about the birth of the zero-growth movement, including the following quote about John D. Rockefeller III:

Rockefeller summed up more than a decade of planning for deindustrialization and depopulation with this join declaration of war on the advanced sector economies and sentence of death for the developing world.

The International Caucus of Labor Committee’s leader, Helga Zepp, sharply rebuked Rockefeller’s plans, calling them, “…zero-growth formulas as excuses for mass murder, and counterposed to a human future of unlimited economic and technological expansion based on the development of thermonuclear fusion power.” Guests were shocked by her confrontational voicing of objections to these sinster plans, saying:

“I would like to point out that while you are having this nice cozy discussion, this conference is determining the future of human life...You are pushing zero growth. And on the basis of what you do, 30 to 40 million people will die. You are responsible for the death 30 to 40 million human beings. So, what do you think, Mr. Rockefeller?”

Going back a decade, from 1972, the ties between the banking system and the depopulation-mongers is evident in a collection of pamphlets created by The World Bank on the topic of population size called “Population Planning.” In fact, when you read through this, an inescapable comparison to the modern woke banks and their onerous discriminatory policies against customers based purely on their political beliefs emerges. Below is a brief excerpt, with a link to the entire publication available at its conclusion:

The evolution of populations through the three stages of (1) high fertility/high mortality, (2) high fertility/low mortality, and (3) low fertility/low mortality is what demographers refer to as the historical demographic transition. Both the first and last are periods of modest population growth; the middle stage is one of rapid growth. It is in this middle stage that the world as a whole now finds itself, because the total rate of growth is heavily influenced by what is happening in the less developed countries where two thirds of the world's population live.

The demographic transition describes what happened historically in the now-developed countries. The causes of fertility declines that carry countries into stage three are complex and not yet fully understood. They include such influences as increases in the age of marriage, urbanization, the gradual spread of education, reduced infant mortality, the high living standards that accompany rising incomes, the spread of old age pension systems, the prohibition of child labor, and rising equality for women.

There is no guarantee that the same set of forces affecting decisions on family size will emerge with equal force in today's developing countries and lead them inevitably into stage three. They have not done so to date. Eventually they may, although no one knows how long it might take. The provision of family planning services can do much to speed up, perhaps by many decades, a transition that otherwise might occur only very slowly. The difference in the pace of this change might make the difference between development and non-development.

As recently as 2009, a group of billionaires who are likewise fixated on population reduction met to privately discuss how their wealth and influence could be used to impact population size. Mainstream media at the time painted this event as though these elites were heroic with altruistic intentions, much like the current MSM paints those who got vaccinated with experimental, novel, potentially genetic-altering injections as patriotic. When you read Igor Chudov’s article below, though, other conclusions are drawn and they are firmly based in logic, not propaganda:

Curbing Overpopulation: Bill Gates, George Soros, other Billionaires Convened to Make Plans in 2009

In the book World Population Crisis: The United States Response, by Phyllis Tilson Piotrow, published in 1973, we find the following soliloquy on population size by one George Herbert Walker Bush, before he became Vice President under Ronald Reagan and later ascended to the presidency riding Reagan’s lengthy coat tails. This is the same elder Bush who touted the need for a “New World Order” decades before today’s public would encounter the threat of its reality. In Bush’s own words:

As chairman of the special Republican Task Force on Population and Earth Resources, I was impressed by the arguments of William H. Draper, Jr. that economic development overseas would be a miserable failure unless the developing countries had the knowledge and supplies their families needed to control fertility. Congress constantly pressed the rather nervous federal agencies to get on with the job. General Draper continues to lead through his tireless work for the UN Population Fund.

When I moved to the United Nations in 1971 as United States Ambassador, I found that the population problem was high on the international agenda, though lacking some of the urgency the matter deserves. The General Assembly had designated 1974 as World Population Year with a major conference of governments scheduled. The UN Fund for Population Activities, which has raised some $50 million, now stands ready to help agencies and governments develop appropriate programs. It is quite clear that one of the major challenges of the 1970s, the Second United Nations Development Decade, will be to curb the world's fertility.

The United Nations population program, including the Fund and specialized agencies, stands today at the threshold of international impact. The problem has been recognized; the organizations exist; the resources are at hand. But policy making on the international level, no less than on the national one, is an educational process. In developing the programs needed, the public as well as government leaders learn from one another. New technologies lead to new policies and laws, new public and private values, new insights into our own problems as well as those of others. We all proceed by trial and error. Will we learn fast enough from one another and with one another how to defuse the population bomb?
